SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
All products will be shipped 2-3 days after placing your order unless otherwise stated or emailed to you.
Haven't yet received shipping information/order confirmation? Email us at email@example.com and we'll send it as soon as possible!
International orders will take upto 7 days to ship, and another 7 to reach you. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We charge a flat 4000 INR shipping fee.
Any changes in address must be emailed within 30 minutes of placing your order (only eligible for orders placed between 10AM - 8PM) otherwise we can't change it.
No changes in an order are allowed once an order is placed, relating to number of items/product chosen.
Return and Cancellation Policy
In the rare case that you are not satisfied by the product you bought or your product arrives damaged, following is our return policy:
- Some products are eligible for return and some are for final sale to maintain fairness to our women artisans.
- It will be clearly mentioned on your product description view.
- Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Mention the details of your order and drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return.
- Before returning the product, make sure that the product is not damaged.
- In the rarest of the rare event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 36 hours of receiving your order.
- Full refunds will be in the form of store credits in which case return shipping charges might be applicable. (See Eligibility Criteria Below)
- We aim to process all exchanges within 15 days. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach us at email@example.com
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Sadhna.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchange:
- Misfit: Eligible for Return and exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by customer.
- Received Damaged: Eligible for Return and Exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by us.
- Wrong Product Shipped: Eligible for Return and Exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by us.
